Volunteers Needed for the Chefs Long Table Lunch

The Lishman Health Foundation is very pleased to be a beneficiary of the 2019 Chefs Long Table Lunch. All funds raised will go towards the Primary Care Substance Abuse Study.

The Foundation is currently seeking volunteers to assist with table service duties during the Chefs Long Table Lunch on Sunday the 24th February for a few hours between 11am-6pm. Responsible Service of Alcohol training is NOT required to fill this role. Please contact 0475 705 417 or admin@vlfoundation.com if you would like to volunteer to support the Foundation. Fundraising Dinner at Voyager Estate

Enjoy a gourmet evening with the very best that the renowned Voyager Estate has to offer at the Lishman Health Foundation’s Fundraising Dinner on Saturday the 9th February 2019.

You’ll be enthralled by Craig Challen, part of the recent Tham Laung cave rescue team in Thailand
and now Australian of the Year for Western Australia. You’ll also be thoroughly entertained by
international GP turned comic, Dr Ahmed Kazmi.

While you’re enjoying a wonderful evening you’ll also be supporting The Foundation’s community
based mental health research project in the Shire of Augusta Margaret River being undertaken by
the Centre for Rural and Regional Mental Health from the University of Newcastle. The Lishman Health
Foundation is working in conjunction with communities in the Shire of Augusta Margaret River to
explore approaches to promoting mental health and well-being in the area.

Promoting Mental Health & Wellbeing in Augusta Margaret River

The Lishman Health Foundation is working in conjunction with communities in the Shire of Augusta Margaret River to explore approaches to promoting mental health and wellbeing in the area. We have engaged the Centre for Rural and Remote Mental Health (CRRMH) to undertake this project.

Presentation of Achievements

The Board of the Lishman Health Foundation invites you to join them at the 2018 Presentation of Achievements on Monday the 26th November at 6.00pm. This will be an opportunity for the Board to thank you for your ongoing support of the Foundation, while also sharing our achievements for 2018 and our plans for 2019. Refreshments will be provided. The function will be held in Conference Room 1 at St John of God Bunbury Hospital, Robertson Dr, Bunbury.
